IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING PAYROLL HISTORY TABLES
The QDB payroll history tables will be unavailable this evening at 6 pm. We need to make an update in the initial design of these tables on SQL Server. This update will make your migration to SQL Server easier when querying the payroll history tables. Initially the date and time fields in the payroll history tables were changed to one field to take advantage of SQL Server features. But based on strong user feedback we are now going to provide a date only field. This will make it easier for the user to capture data for a designated period.
IMPORTANT NOTICE TO BI/QUERY USERS:
Unfortunately YOU MUST DOWNLOAD THE NEW PPQDB MODEL. This model will be available to you on our website starting Wednesday June 27, 2001 after 8 am. The new model will be dated June 27, 2001. Our web site address is: http://qdb.ucla.edu I know many of you have already downloaded the model for your migration to SQL Server. But it is necessary for you to do so again.
